Three week series Saturdays from 2-4p(PST) starting on June 13th though June 27th where we will breakdown yoga arm balances.

About the event
You will learn warm ups leading up to arm balances, different entry ways and transitions, as well as, variations. This is a great class to be able to demystify arm balances that may be explained quickly in flow classes. It is also a great way to fine tune your arm balances, get stronger, and to learn new techniques.
First Saturday, June 13th - Twist focused
Second Saturday, June 20th - Hip focused
Third Saturday, June 27th - One arm, one leg focused
While there is a focus we will play around with plenty of different poses in each class. Please feel free to email me or DM me the top three arm balances you’d like to see in this series.
I will also include a video with a demo and instructions for getting into some of the arm balances we cover.
