About the event
We will break down the alignment for some of the most common poses, such as, Downward facing Dog, Warrior poses, and chaturanga (low pushup position) You will learn both heating and calming breathing techniques. There will be a focus on how to make the poses your own so you feel both stable and free in your body. We will discuss how cultivating a practice can be helpful in the time of Covid-19.
This is a great series for anyone newer to yoga who would like to get more comfortable with the practice before jumping into more fast paced Zoom classes. If you have a loved one you would like to bring to class, but they have never done yoga this is the perfect series for them.
